As you may know, Ralph’s grocery store contributes a percentage of every purchase you make with your Ralph’s club card to the Kaiser/Woodland PFO. This is a great FREE fundraiser for our school if you are already a Ralph’s patron. This will be the third year of participation in this program. Last year we earned over $10,000 by participating in this program.
YOU MUST RE-ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM EVERY YEAR ON/AFTER SEPTEMBER 1ST!

To enroll in this program, go to www.Ralphs.com. You will need your Ralphs card number.
I. IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ONLINE BEFORE:
1. Log in to www.ralphs.com
2. Click on Sign In/Register
3. Most participants are new online customers, so you must click on SIGN UP TODAY in the NEW CUSTOMER box.
4. Sign up for the Ralphs Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions
5. You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email
6. Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step
7. Click on Edit Community Contribution information and input your Ralphs REWARDS card number
8. Update or confirm your information
9. Enter the NPO number or name of organization - NPO number is 83435 or type KAISER PFO
10. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page
11. You have now completed your Online rewards card registration AND your Community Contribution registration
12. Log-out
II. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ON-LINE:
1. Log in to www.ralphs.com
2. Click on Sign In/Register
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Click on SIGN IN
5. Click on MY ACCOUNT
6. View all your information and edit as necessary
7. Type in your organizations name: KAISER ELEMENTARY
8. Click and Select KAISER ELEMENTARY
9. Click on SAVE CHANGES
10. Log-out
After you enroll, please monitor your Ralphs receipts. At the bottom of your receipt it will name the organization that you are supporting. Please make sure your receipt indicates your support to KAISER PFO. It will take approximately 7 days to see this on your receipt.
